Disappointment

I booked a Honda Civic Oriel on January 3rd as I was promised a complimentary Leather Interior by Honda Point if I submit the Pay Order on the very same day. That I did. They promised the delivery of the car in one week as well. After two days of booking, I got a call from Honda Point and was told that Honda Atlas is not going to give you the complimentary Leather Interior. I told them that they should honour their business deal but they kept on making lame excuses. Honda Atlas blamed Honda Point and vice versa. In the end I had to pay for that extra amount in order to get my booking verified. This is how they are trying to capture customers with such petty gimmicks and pathetic business style. In addition to that, they didn’t deliver on time. The delivery that was promised in a week took 20 days. A street vendor honours their business deal far better than them. Pathetic; to say the least!
