The 1st Generation Chevrolet Exclusive was introduced in 1998. Chevrolet Exclusive is a front engine front wheel drive subcompact hatchback. Chevrolet Exclusive was designed and produced by the South Korean manufacturer Daewoo and was later rebadged and sold by Chevrolet as the Chevrolet Exclusive. The Chevrolet Exclusive 1st Generation is also known as the Daewoo Matiz, Chevrolet Joy, Chevrolet Spark, FSO Matiz, Daewoo Matix and Pontiac G2 etc in other regions around the world. Chevrolet halted the production of 1st Generation Chevrolet Exclusive in 2005.
