The heater core was disconnected and we removed the entire dashboard to clean the air vents which were clogged with dust and inspect the heater core. It was surprisingly squeaky clean. Guess the old owner fell for the "sir jee heater band karwae. aap ka Ac phir sahi cooling kare ga". This tells you why the cooling system is in the state it is now.
As you can see the radiator is filled with rusty coolant. I bought like 8 bottles of battery water so i can flush the system as much as possible. When i asked them for a small tub to take out the coolant they were like "sir ye nahi hai hamare pas". I asked how would they dispose of the coolant. They said, "sir radiator pipe khol dain gaye sara coolant nekalde gain". There goes damage to the environment. These people legit couldn't see the drain plug. I had to open it myself to show them. The coolant came out orange instead of green. Also the mechanic guy blew out some of the coolant with his mouth against the radiator pipe and said that i have no thermostat valve since the coolant comes out after the car was turned off for a while. To which i told him that the thermostat valve closes when the car is cooled down. One of the symptoms of a thermostat valve delete is longer warm up time which isn't true for my case since the engine comes up to operating temperature in 1 to 2 minutes. He would disagree with that statement.
@Xulfiqar is he wrong?
The parts guy they sent out to get the heater and radiator hoses was getting late as he was stuck in traffic and he was gonna come back around 11pm. I added the coolant after flush and came back since i was tired.
Will get the heater and radiator pipes changed on Saturday along with getting my rpm up and down issue fixed from disconnecting the battery for so long by resetting the ecu. My right headlight dimmed considerably and i found out the connector melted when i inspected it. There is a ticking sound from the left front wheel which is the brake pad rubbing against the wheel hub which i need to get fixed and a faint thud thud sound when it turn the steering wheel right which needs to get looked into.
