Na na, I'm not hurt lol. Just tryna explain things straight. This is what I've been doing since 2k10 here on pakwheels lol.
See, it works like this.
Brand new engine= always go with recommended viscosity.
Used engine=start going for slightly thicker viscosity.
20+ year used engine=go for THICK viscosity.
Or else, try giving a shot to 5w30 once. Come back here after two months of driving regularly tell me how much of the engine oil has been vanished from the dipstick.
Toyota recommends 0W30, 5W20 for 2jzgte. I run Delo silver (which is a 20w50 meant for diesel engines) in my Bmw E36 that has a built jzgte (around 750whp as it currently sits).
