Update: An official of Honda Atlas has contacted PakWheels.com and denied the re-launching of Civic Turbo 1.5. However, while working on the story we confirmed from three Honda dealerships that Civic Turbo has indeed been re-launched, but, as mentioned above Honda official has denied the re-launching. He explicitly asserted that they hadn’t done any launch / soft launch of Civic Turbo 1.5 in any manner whatsoever.
We questioned to the official as to why the dealerships are offering Civic Turbo, are they rolling out the previously manufactured stock to which he replied that he doesn’t have any knowledge in this regard and will get back to us soon. We will update the story further after we hear from Honda official.
Honda Atlas has re-launched the much-awaited sedan, Civic Turbo 1.5, in the local market.
Since last year, the local car enthusiasts were waiting for it to be relaunched, and now it’s finally here. As per our sources, the car is readily available at local Honda dealerships. The company has priced the car at Rs.3,505,000. Moreover, the tax filers will have to pay Rs.50,000 as well. Non-filers cannot purchase this car.

Honda Civic Turbo 1.5 comes equipped with the same 1.5 L petrol engine with Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) that churns out 170 hp at 5500 rpm and 220 Nm of torque at 1700 rpm.
The dimensions of the car are as follow:
- Overall Height: 1433 mm
- Overall Length: 4630 mm
- Overall Width: 1799 mm and its wheelbase is 2700 mm.
The car is available in different colours including Silver, White, and Black.

In 2016, Honda Atlas introduced the first locally assembled turbocharged vehicle in Pakistan. It was, however, halted in 2017 due to engine knocking issues. The company at that time said that the problem occurred due to poor fuel quality. Honda even complained to OGRA (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority) after which the authority supposedly took the action against oil companies.
