A slight Jerk is NOT normal... the shifts should be smooth. And change the ATF as soon as possible (you wrote PM , so I am thinnking your car has Prosmatec transmission)...
DO NOT use fluids other than Honda... Honda ATF-DW1.. Transmission is a VERY important (more so than engine) part of your car, so change the ATF immediately and change it every 40,000 km, I hope the jerks will get resolved.. and dont go for Topup route.
Also Get ALL your sensors cleaned (usually dirty MAF sensor also causes slight jerky shifts - happened with me)....
Engine Oil = Total 5w30 Fully Synthetic (Honda dealerships sell the same in Honda ppackaging).. **One funny thing. If you buy a 4 lit bottle of oil it will cost you appx 900Rs more than pouring oil direct from Barrel at Total's official company operated pumps ( I used to buy bottles, but the Pump guys told me that and same amount of oil was for 900Rs less)....
...
And get your Starter motor serviced (this one can cause problem, there is a solenoid that goes bad, get it fixed or replaced by Toyota's). A competent mecahnic (preferably Honda's) can guide you best about this...
..
So visit nearest Honda 3SDealership and buy fluids from there (ask their service manager about anything that you dont know (quantities, etc)). Then,
1. Change ATF, Engine Oil (Total one is fine 5w30), and other fluids from any competent mechanic (Honda Dealership is also good)..
2. Check Spark Plugs.
3. Get all your Sensors cleaned (any good mechanic can do this, but try not to open throttle body).
4. Check car for any error codes.
5. Loud Sound at Acceleration = 1. catalytic converter maybe removed 2. Check the Right side oil-engine mount (driver's side).
6. Check tires (must not be older than 4 years) and replace General Tyres with any good Continental/Michelin/Pirelli or Dunlop/Yoko etc...
